Last paycheck I got my retroactive pay. Nearly $400. I was extremely excited to get it. It was perfect timing because it's about the time of the month when all the utilities start to come through the mail.

The literature class I'm taking is, I'm sorry, bullshit. It's all busy work and the tests we have aren't really over the reading material, but over the periods of art movements. It's just such crap.

After work yesterday, I went to Jocks & Jills and watched the playoff games. We didn't finish the GB/NYG game, but we did watch the Pats game. Jen is a huge Patriots fan, so we rooted for them. We've watched several games over the season and it's so easy to fall into cheering for a team and wanting to see them win. It'll be great if they win the Super Bowl. I hope I can watch it! We don't have cable, so we'll have to go to a sports bar/restaurant to see it. Which is okay; we don't mind!

J is at his dad's today and I went to bed really early last night and woke up around 830 and felt refreshed. so I have the whole day to do nothing. Yahoo! Right now I'm watching Hello, Dolly! with a cup of coffee. Doing nothing feels wonderful.
